-Must be 21 or older to ride the bus and enter the casino.
-Must show valid photo ID (state or federally issued identification card, passport or resident alien card and Total Rewards card to ride the bus.
-Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort will not be held responsible for any passenger missing the bus at the time of arrival or departure.
-Please no backpacks or shopping bags may be brought on the bus and no personal belongings may be left on the bus. Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
-Please no eating or drinking on the bus.
-Passengers are requested not to change seats or utilize the restroom when the bus is in motion unless exercising extreme caution. The bus company will not be responsible for injuries to passengers who stand or walk while the bus is in motion.
-Harrah’s Rincon Casino and Resort is not responsible for vehicles left unattended at the designated pick up locations.
-Upon departure from the designated pick up point, guests are responsible for riding the same shuttle back. Guests are not able to ride another bus to another location.
-Management reserves the right to refuse service at anytime without notification or reason.
