Runs during normal Poker Room operating hours - every even hour is Wacky High Hand Wheel Hour!
Any player in a live poker game during the Promotion Hours whose gets a winning hand of one of the following: Four of a Kind, Straight Flush or Royal Flush, and verified by a Harrah’s Rincon Poker Room supervisor, will win the sum of $25.00 and be eligible to spin the Wheel located in the Poker Room.
